What About Common?
Diversity, diversity, diversity! Some people, politicians, in particular, types are trying to "diversity," our property. Has anyone thought to approach the topic from the point of "coincidence", a view of marriage, instead of "diversity", a dividing point of view? Using the term "diversity" seems to me a mask and potentially sinister hidden agenda to divide and control us. The parties continue this line seem more interested in playing the "blame game" and adapt to the law through the use of "diversity" to classify the color group rather than individual ability.
We are all unique, because the DNA has billions of variations that make us well, but they are our opportunities. Humans share a few dozens of needs and desires, at best, but we have a story that describes how others have solved similar problems. However, today the term "diversity" tends to make victims feel that only uses the story as an excuse.
Positive self-worth is an important attribute for each person, but it is taking responsibility for tasks and see them completed successfully. Without accountability, resulting in a sea of uncertainty, but many are using "diversity" as a way to avoid this responsibility.
"Sensitivity training" is taking a negative approach to certain groups of colors must be special treatment for special needs. Toro! Everyone is special and should be treated accordingly. Especially sensitive groups and allows them to simply excuse to escape responsibility. The foundations of the management of 101 states – "not given responsibility without authority, without authority or responsibility." That is the necessary training in place of "sensitivity."
The United States thrives on the individuality that has been the sparkplug of our society. When this individuality combined with teamwork, as in companies and businesses have a powerful engine.
